Consultations
As a dietician, I can help you with dietary advice suited to your age, way of life, tastes and health condition to improve or maintain health. Should you need any nutritional follow up or check up, I can welcome you at the Social center in Le Grand-Lucé or on line.
*Annual check up consultation (1h30) : 54€
We will discuss over your food habits and lifestyle at a given moment and you can ask your questions.
*Regular dietary monitoring :
->the 1st two consultations (1h30) : 54€ / consultation
I will take time to know your habits, target your expectations and what your body needs, decide on reachable goals and give you advice.
->following consultations (1H) every 15 days or month depending on the situations : 35€ / consultation
We will discuss over your achievements or the difficulties you may encounter and find solutions, we will adapt your goals or set new goals.
